If for some reason you are unhappy with your arrived piece, please return the item within 14 days of receiving.

Please contact us before returning anything.

The returned item must be returned in mint condition within its original packaging, along with proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. The purchaser is responsible for the returned shipping and neither shipping costs is eligible for refund. Returned items will be refunded minus any shipping costs.

Any items purchased at an event or show are being purchased as is, in as seen condition and is not eligible for returns or returns.

Firehorse Art Gallery is not responsible and does not accept responsibility for any loss or damages that may occur to the purchased or returned goods while in transit. If for some reason you need to return an item, be sure to also purchase tracking and insurance through the shipping service you use.

Any and all items that are returned found faulty and or arrive damaged are not eligible for a refund.
